We collaborate and facilitate conversations to measure key metrics for construction projects by addressing obstacles and issues head on and create solutions with a strong path forward.
We asses individual professional needs, such as: work capacities, experience, knowledge, and barriers that impede them from getting jobs.
We work with various community based organizations (CBOs) and city resources to remove those barriers for individuals.
Through our experience and knowledge of union rules and regulations we assist young professionals in joining the unions.
