Ambassadors - Public Outreach
The JBR Community Ambassadors Team provides outreach, information and customer education to the general public at special events, major infrastructure projects, sporting events, street fairs, and parades. JBR Ambassadors also provide as-needed services to assist government agencies during emergencies and transit shutdowns.
Partnering and Meeting Facilitation
JBR provides professional facilitating and partnering services for design and utility projects. Our mission is to develop a tailored partnering approach that is unique to each project’s goals, personnel and challenges. Services begin by working collaboratively with clients and project stakeholders to diagnose problems, assess needs and develop a blueprint for action. SFMTA Community Service Program
